Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She won her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. Within a year she was able to earn her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up where she previously left off competing in top competitions including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going onto working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
