Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for leading the entire aspect of our People, Talent, and Culture processes. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet objectives for business, particularly in the midst of dramatic change and growth. She's been a consultant to implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and plans for strategic planning through managing performance and organization employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as the management of change. She believes that education is the primary aspect of leading. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leadership and coaches with proven outcomes. These experiences helped develop organizational cultures which embodied innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to give all of her energy and efforts to the charity. She also supports several nonprofit organizations in her free time. For instance, she is a member in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee that is committed to helping women develop into leaders. Additionally, she provides support for several non-profits when she is not working. The disease of addiction impacts us all.
