Lisa Olivia Munn, a well-known actress and performer was born in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and also has Chinese heritage, yet her father Winston Barrett Munn comes from the Southern part of the family. Olivia's parents separated at the age of two. Her family consisted of her mother, who worked in the United States Air Force, and also her stepfather. The family left Oklahoma, and lived in various locations, however she spent most of her life in Tokyo. At the time, she appeared in several local stage productions. Later she became a Japanese model. Olivia moved to Los Angeles when her family finally returned home to America. United States to follow her dream to be an actress. Olivia's professional career started to take off following a few small roles. The role she landed was that of Mily in Hawaii-lensed television series Beyond the Break (2005) and the receptionist role for Rob Schneider in Big Stan (2006). She is the host of "The Daily Nut" and the "Formula D" podcasts on G4. She enjoys surfing and has been practicing it ever since the television program Beyond the Break (2006). Also, she has an unofficial black belt in Taekwondo. Her mother remarried at the age of two years old, and was an Air Force officer. They have relocated numerous times. She lived the majority of her life in Tokyo Japan because that is where her father was stationed. She attended her studies at University of Oklahoma, where she majored in journalism and minored in Japanese as well as dramatic arts.
